Roger has been always friendly and professional. The place is clean and well kept. It’s secure and well illuminated.

My specific unit was a bit musty--not the best for clothing storage. But, great service and Roger was always available to answer questions.

Excellent facility. Very clean and well maintained. They have supported Meals on Wheels of Wake County for 3 years with storage space which is very much appreciated.

I was really nervous about leaving my stuff in storage while I was selling my house in Chicago and relocating to Raleigh (it's sooo beautiful here!). Extra Attic is great, though. The whole place is locked up and gated with video cameras and kept really clean! Some storage places I looked at were dirty or not at all secured, but this place wasn't, so I put my stuff here. The staff is really helpful and when I moved out, they even helped me donate unwanted stuff to charities!!!
