Wonderful florist! Called in the morning and had 2 arrangements ready in a few hours. Looked just as good as the website photos. Thank you!

About 5 years ago, I realized that the gift I'd sent my mother from Amazon was going to arrive after her birthday. It was almost 5pm in El Paso; Proflowers and FTD offered same day delivery... but it was already past the cut-off time. I desperately searched Google for a local shop that was still open and called Northgate Florists. I told the gentleman my story and begged him to please deliver an arrangement that day. He patiently listened, laughed a bit, and then told me that he'd make a beautiful bouquet for her and delivery it himself on his way home "because it is for your mother." I expected it to be over $100 (which is what online services were quoting for same-day), but he charged me their regular rate (about $60 with delivery fee) and made me promise to not wait until the last minute next year. Since then, I now call Northgate Florists (EARLY) every year to deliver flowers to my mom on her birthday. I don't think he remembers me when I call, but I sure am appreciative of him. The arrangements are gorgeous, too.

This looks even better in person than it does online. Absolutely 100% happy with the work they did. Can't recommend them enough

I live in Illinois and wanted to send birthday flowers to my friend in El Paso. This floral shop, did an amazing job. The owner or employee who took my call was very professional, friendly and helpful with organizing my arrangement. It's been a pleasure doing business with. I will definitely be back in the future! Reasonable prices! She loved them!

Both the customer service and beautiful arrangement were second to none. I sent an arrangement (F-19) to my Granddaughter on 10/04/2021 just to brighten her day a little. She was sooooooooo overjoyed and surprised with the flowers and sent a photo of them to me. The were BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you so very, very much Northgate Florist.
