Only rating 5 stars so my review can actually be seen. Burned my face and eyes and came to this emergency room, and after ringing the bell and waiting 10 minutes, someone came out and said "we'll be with you in a minute" without noticing my burned face or asking if everything was okay. 30 minutes passed as I'm waiting in tremendous pain and still, no one had come out. Now I'm on my way to another emergency room where hopefully, I'll be seen.
Took my son dexter to be seen today for x-rays of his arm. Dr. Torres is the bomb. She is truly amazing. She answered all of our questions and is not your typical in and out uncaring doctor. She truly takes the time talk to you and is so great with kids..! Plus.. she wears her cowboy boots to work just like I do.. if only everyone understood. :) medical field is hard I'm in it too.. but she truly goes above and beyond! I love her. Great new addition! ♡
Took my baby boy in. No wait time. Knew exactly what it was right away and sent me home with medicine while the prescription was ready. Everyone was so nice.
