I also observed him helping multiple customers at once and he was great under pressure. The store was also clean and organized. They had everything that I needed in stock. Great service from Jose B.
(September 19, 2021, 5:03 pm)I never give 5 but seriously I spent two and half hours at another bigger att store the prior day and left frustrated. We walk in here and immediately felt like an important customer. Throughout the sale JOSE B. was thoughtful and got the sale done. Avoid the bigger store at SUNLAND PARK and come here and get great customer service that is faster and thoughtful. THANK YOU Jose B.
(November 8, 2020, 9:48 pm)I came in just wanting to set up a line, no questions asked. The manager, Jordan, without even asking me instantly told me that because I just wanted to set up a new line he wasn’t going to throw promotions at me or anything like the sorts but suggested to me a new device. Since my phone had been acting up, I asked Jordan to elaborate. Not only did he fully explain to me the initial process, but he reviewed with me: the initial bill, what I should expect, policies and procedures for trade-ins, plans and other services offered by AT&T either by customer tier or in general; he was completely transparent with me and made me feel comfortable becoming a new and hopefully long-lasting client for AT&T. Jordan’s attitude and personality instantly struck my good side, as I’ve never met a rep with his pep. I commend Jordan on this day (11/08/2020) for his exemplary commitment to helping not only me but all customers that were present at the time.
