Debbie Wright is the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond to respond to all our questions and she stayed with us every step of the way while we were selling our house. While we were waiting for our contract to be finalized, Debbie would check in periodically just to see how we were doing. It was a blessing to have her by our side during a very stressful time. It is obvious that Debbie really cares about her clients and we highly recommend her for any realty needs.

Luly is amazing to work with. Exceptionally nice and very attentive to the details that matter when reviewing applications. If you communicate and are respectful with her, she really goes above and beyond with her service. The application process was fairly simple, and very quick to get done if you are on top of it yourself. The tenant concierge service for setting up utilities is very convenient and saves a ton of headache and stress when moving across the country to EP.
Did not have much interaction with Jody or Patrick so I do not have much to say about them.

We’ve been doing business with Patrick and his staff for almost 12 years. Over those 12 years there have been good experiences and also hard moments. I’ve seen some pretty negative reviews and thought I could offer some valuable insight. Over a long period of time, I’ve noticed that the Legacy Real Estate teams biggest strength is their ability to find compromise. Sometimes an issue will arise that costs us money and causes us headaches, but that often comes with being a homeowner. Often, we feel grateful that we’ve hired a team has our backs when tenants don’t leave our home in the condition it was received. Whether a big or small issue comes up, they always hear both sides and find a resolution. Sometimes that resolution cost us money, and sometimes it doesn’t. Looking back at our history with this company I can fully understand and appreciate their ability to balance and care for both the homeowner and the tenant. There have been times when I’ve wanted to throw my hands up and walk away, but I know that they want to do the right thing and that’s why we have stayed and will continue to stay in business with Legacy Real Estate. Even when the right thing hits me in the pocket, I know that they have both the tenant and the homeowners best interest at heart. I’m sure that’s a difficult thing to balance. Legacy Real Estate is a very professional and competent property management company in El Paso. As a property-owner, I have always felt that they are a real partner that wants to help me protect my property which I am renting. They do an excellent job at screening potential renters. They communicate extremely well with me when a decision has to be made regarding a major repair or a lease renewal. They obtain very competitive price quotations from contractors. The quality of the repair work is excellent. I grew up in El Paso, TX, and I know that the rental market has varied from year to year. They have shown me that they are very knowledgeable of the local market and have made excellent recommendations.
