Kat ♥️ is awesomeness and truly amazing on every level! Her spin class is top notch and her energy and motivation guarantees an ultimate work out EVERY time! From start to finish her music pumps you up and pushes you to workout every muscle in your body. While the class is high energy, any fitness level can get a wonderful workout and see phenomenal results! At the end she still pushes you with squats, arms or wall holds. Not only does she have a beautiful spirit she’s absolutely stunning and you can tell she practices what she preaches. Must try her class!!! It’s 10/10 for sure ♥️

Love this gym! Always super clean and they have all the equipment you need/want plus a turf field. Staff is always nice and motivating. Shout out to Ishmael dude is super cool and is always motivating and friendly. He even kept up with me on some tire flips ?

I really love the daycare./ The day care is always clean and very well kept. Ms. Claudia is Absolutely wonderful with the kids. She takes great care of them. I love the fact she speaks Spanish to them to help them Continue to learn and grow. My children always looks forward to seeing Ms. Claudia.

Very nice place. Clean environment, lots of space for each type of work out. Patrice's classes are the ones that I go to. ...rpm#awesome#energetic#personality#can definitely see her passion for the sport and that she CARES about teaching as she always wants to show better ways to ride the bike depending on the skills that we are supposed to do. She is also always helpful to all people in her class with the bike and other classes of which she teaches! She's a Phenomenal person & Instructor.
