I am an Operations Manager relocating to El Paso from NYC, and my wife and I were lucky enough to find Tonya Manigault to guide us through our home search. Knowing we were from out of town with no prior knowledge of the area, she went to great lengths to keep us informed, anxiety-free, and full of great options. Edit August 2021: move out process was horrible. They kept my deposit despite me having it professionally cleaned and carpets done. I have lots of evidence will be going to court for my fair share of the deposit back. A family member suggested they are probably used to doing this to military (despite being military themselves) because once they leave El Paso it’s hard for them to dispute charges. Very disappointed in many things that happened recently, especially saddened because I recommended them soo many times over the course of our rental, hope they didn’t do this to many other families.

Was able to rent perfect house for me and my family the same day I contacted them! We absolutely love the house. Recommend to military families. Exceptional value for a very new home in a quiet/safe neighborhood and great rates new schools! Extremely happy with the service the ladies at the office have provided us. Thank you!

Mrs, Garcia was awesome she found our forever home and didn't try to deviate us to the new development like the realtors tried. She answered all questions and provided great service to this day we still talk. My experience with Star Spangled is phenomenal! They shine in every aspect of property management: they are very professional, dependable, trustworthy, experienced, motivated, responsive to communication, and engaged with both tenants and owners. Their business practices keep both the tenant and the owner protected and make the process stress-free with the online portal, background/credit checks, quarterly inspections, monthly newsletters, and their quick email communication. Star Spangled rescued me from a terrible situation with a different property management company that I initially signed with because they didn’t have any startup costs, and I thought that would help me with moving expenses when I moved out of state. I was wrong! It ended up costing me a lot more because that company reneged on verbal agreements, and my house sat vacant for over 30 days without ever being listed while I paid for it. I called on Misti to bail me out, and WITHIN 2 DAYS of contracting with them and listing my house, she had a tenant sign for a 2 year lease! Incredible! I can’t thank them enough!
