“Dr. Kim took care of me, and the entire team made me feel very comfortable, welcomed, and enthusiastic to help me. I did my insurance intake online, so the confirmation and check in intake when I got there was very easy. During my exam, I was very comfortable and I genuinely feel like they took the time to truly do a thorough exam, while also explaining what was happening if I had questions. At the end of the “1 or 2” options, I was asked to close my eyes and Dr. Kim flipped through the lenses. When she stopped and asked me to look, I saw clearly for the first time in a long time. She also took time to thoroughly explain everything that was happening with my vision. Before this appointment, I had a dental appointment that absolutely brought me to tears solely due to how I was treated, and then again afterwards at my psychiatrists office. The entire highlight of my day was being at Eyeland and having such a positive experience. Thank you so so much to the entire Eyeland Team that I worked with”

“In my travels, I had the opportunity for I visit my his PF location. Took me a bit to find it, but only because it’s tucked in the back. I have to say, though, I was impressed as I walked in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a very clean location and there are plenty of machines and weight areas. But I have to add, I was more impressed with the Black Card member area, as they have a good amount of chairs/loungers and a cool new virtual one, as well. Before checking in to one, a friendly staff member was very patient with me and helpful. If I’m near here, I would definitely be visiting again.”

“We were told there was a 3-4 hour wait since we were a walk in and all appointments were spoken for. We only waited less than 1 hour. I almost gave this place a 4 star because it is warm in the waiting room. They have an area somewhat isolated for kids to play. It is quiet in waiting room, no music, light background tv that shows advertisements. They were able to run flu, COVID and strep throat test fast. We left with a prescription. We got there around 1pm on a Sunday.”

The staff was always so kind to him and they made the transition to his new therapist really easy after his first therapist moved away. We always appreciated how clean they kept their establishment. “Just moved here from Denver, CO and dang.. I have NEVER been to a healthy nutrition place like this before. Every employee introduced themselves to me and a little kid made me a special necklace🥹 The shop was like a community with so many free events going on too. NO place in Denver is like this! The aloe Vera drink and shake I got is DELICIOUS! The shake was a hot chocolate shake. They give you so much to drink for an incredible price. Will be back a lot to try other flavors for sure. Very big thank you to the owners for having this place here in El Paso. ☺️🙏”

They have barbers that cater to everyone. Now that I am an El Paso resident. I have made this barbershop my place of saluted, I always leave Versatile looking 👌🏿 😎 good! “What I like about this doctor is that he is old school and up to the point, he really cares about the well being of the kids and will get on your case if you are just buying over the counter medication and giving that to your child. He wants to make sure that you follow his instructions and will rarely give your child any strong meds unless they are really needed. He really helps your child build their immune system. He will also give you his cell phone number to call him in case of an emergency or to keep him updated if you have to take your kid to the ER. You can clearly see he is not in the profession for the money. One time he asked me if I lived on the West side so he could go to my house to check on my daughter. But I live too far for that I could not take advantage of that service. I live on the far East and I don't mind the long drive to take my kids there with him. I have been taking them since they were born. One is 4 and the other 2. If you choose him you made a right choice but don't be sensitive if he gets on your case, listen and learn from it.”
