“My wife and I have seen Dr. Brooker and his Assistant Margie for years. I will not go anywhere else if I can avoid it. Recently had an ingrown toenail and Dr. Brooker was going to send me somewhere else. I asked if he could take care of it and the rest is history. My toe is now healed. No need to go elsewhere. Margie is God sent. My wife and I can't express how professional and caring Margie and Dr. Brookers service is. We will mourn the day Dr. Brooker retires ( PLEASE DONT RETIRE! ).”

Waited in the exam room for less that 5 minutes for the provider. She quickly performed a focused assessment, ordered diagnostics and had an answer within 15 minutes. “Dr. Ugarte "Saved my life"!! I am very grateful to him. No other doctor was able to find out what was wrong with me. Once I went to see Doctor Ugarte he quickly found out what was wrong with me to the point that my master gland of all glands was not functioning sending my blood cells out of wack and my body was slowly shutting down and I was told by him that 2 things would have happenned to me 1. Just suddenly collapse and slip into a coma or 2. Be asleep and just randomly not wake up because I slipped into a coma in my sleep. That's how bad I was!!! I knew I was bad I kept telling my husband, mother, and sister that I felt like a zombie half asleep and half awake. Just couldn't get up to do much and that was horrible because I had a 1 year old at the time. Couldn't get the energy to play with my baby girl and that broke me to tears. I remember just looking at my daughter and crying. I couldn't walk it hurt me to walk my feet felt like needles poking all around my feet. The pressure I felt to just take two steps. I kept telling my family how is it that these doctors can't find whats wrong with me. I kept telling my mother that I felt like the light in me was giving out slowly. Lord and behold it really was slowly giving up on me cuz my life was slowly not functioning. The scariest thing I ever went through. Thank god for Dr. Ugarte! A miracle doctor he is and gift from god. I dont know where I would be right now if it wasn't for Dr. Ugarte. I probably would of been in a coma or have died. Never would of had an opportunity to see my daughter grow up and be with my family. This still brings me to tears to talk about it. Now I am walking normal with no pain what so ever jumping, laughing, cleaning, cooking, butkost of all spending all my time with my daughter playing, hugging, holding, and experience all the great things on having a 2 yr 6 month old toddler and just trying to be the best mom I could be along with my loving husband and my loving family members. Thank you Doctor Ugarte for giving back my life!! I'm so grateful to you that there are no words that can explain how thankful I am to you. You are a gift from god, caring and super smart!! Thank you for giving me the life I almost could have lost!! Also as for Carmen my daughters beautiful doctor. Which is Doctor Ugarte wife. Thank you for being so kind to my daughter and I. Just going out of your way to make her feel comfortable and get her better emmediatly! You always make sure to find out whats wrong with her. Thank you so much!! “First thing first...Gina and all of her staff are amazing! My husband and I were faced with making one of the hardest decisions of our lives, which was to place his parents in a facility where 24 hour care is provided. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to provide the necessary care for them. Gina has walked us through all of the ups and downs in this difficult transition and has remained at our side every step of the way. She has totally changed our lives and that of my in-laws as well. Although they struggled with the move at first, my in-laws are now happier than ever in their new home. They love their new friends and family. Gina has gone above and beyond to assure that they are comfortable and happy. She continually keeps us updated and sends pictures and videos of their progress and day to day activities. We can only hope that Gina, J.R., Flor and Brandi know how truly grateful we are that they came into all of our lives. YOU ALL ARE TRULY AMAZING! “My daughter's service here was absolutely Amazing. The staff are so patient and friendly with children I would definitely recommend. Nurse Inez Loved explaining everything to my daughter whom initially was scared and nervous. Then Dr. Silva was Super generous and down to earth in which he participated in a hide and seek match with my daughter so she would be more comfortable. Overall, the staff are extremely friendly, energetic, and informational and I am absolutely pleased with our visit. We will definitely be back !!”
