“UPDATE: I am so sorry I was so upset that day. I reviewed the wrong place. It is the imaging center in building next to hospital. I will repost on correct business wall. Thank you to this business for reaching out to me. I updated to five stars for responding to a Patient compliant when it wasn't even your patient. If I could I would give zero stars. Showed up for my appointment after great difficulty scheduling my appointment. Backgound: they found something on my mammogram super worried scared... My doctor told me schedule the follow up test asap. They had faxed orders. I've never been in this situation so I had no idea what the follow up test was. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist looked perplexed and asked if I had an appointment. I asked "am I not on the schedule?" She then in a very rude tone stated "did I say you didn't have an appointment! " when I stated "yes you did" she then continued to try and argue with me over what she said. I ended it there just telling her she won the argument. Then it continued...she asked to see my orders. I didn't have them since they were faxed but that didn't stop her from telling me that I scheduled my appointment wrong. Anyway, was not able to do my appointment because they scheduled it wrong. I will not return to this the office. I'm still stuck with an abnormal mammogram still worried scared and thinking about what to do next. I've spent the morning crying. If you have something serious and you need staff to treat you like a human do not go to this Imaging center.”
