“Given the circumstances the lobby is closed, only their drive thru is open. So I can't say much about the inside of it but I can surely say about the workers. Upon arrival we were greeted, we told him it was a mobil order and were asked to pull to the front where he greeted us again. There was a small mistake on the drink, I asked for noncaramel drizzle(keto diet is hard) while they were remaking it he asked us how we were doing, what we've been up to. Took just a minute to fix it and we were on our way. Their standards of customer service is genuine and great. I wish I could've gotten their names. It will be my new favorite Starbucks at El Paso. I'm not from there but I travel often. Feeling appreciated and taken care of as a customer will keep me stopping here.”

The first time he seemed sleepy, tired and not wanting to be at work. Second time better but not totally customer service oriented. Now, Mr. Marc Gutierrez, he helped me with paperwork, was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He made the rate of the 4 stars to Sierra Title. Office was clean and fresh. Office and desks had sanitizer bottles and glass shield for protection. Thank you for that.”
