The teller helped my with my expired debt card which was my own fault, not theirs. I failed to activate my new card once I received in mail. The teller issued me a temp card & told me a new one was on the way, but not to forget to activate once I receive. Teller went out of her way to activate temp card for me. I've had this account for 5 years and I never have issues or so called hidden fees. This bank offers a mobile app & I view my account daily and NEVER see any charges or hidden fees”
