“This is a fairly new vape store on the East side of town right next to Mulligan's in the George Dieter Plaza. I went the other day to get some nic salt vape juice because I was out completely. I became frustrated running into online adds and getting little to no understanding of what I wanted, why I wanted it, and where to get it. Finally, I decided to stop in to a Mattress Firm to just get an idea. My plan was to walk out of there and keep looking. However, after meeting Alejandra and listening to her for only five minutes I knew she was dedicated to finding what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and patient. She listened and made suggestions based off what I told her I wanted and not what she thought I wanted. When I decided that the time to purchase was now, the process was effortless. I met her colleague by the name of Ken, who walked me through the financial process, warranty and made me feel extremely comfortable in my purchase. He also walked me through the after purchase process, which included the delivery and the set up. It was a huge purchase but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way things were handled and how much this store values a customers experience. I continued to call the next to days changing my delivery time, as my schedule kept changing and every time I spoke with Ken he was so professional understanding and accommodating. No questions asked just made it happen! Although, this is a mere piece of my appreciation, I hope this review serves as a representation of the dedication and hard works you all showed in getting me the mattress I wanted. Thank you!!”
