Ellis County Tax Office

Ok, I read some of the earlier reviews and I went in to get my military plates on a new truck with a less than motivated attitude. The first little bump had me ready to leave. BUTthe ladies there were patiaent and professional. They explained my attitude away.They smiled and seemed as though they were happy to help, like they'd been there waiting all day in anticipation of my visit. Lol.5 stars!!.

The staff here has always been great to deal with and friendly. Some of my titles/registrations can be a pain "out of state", but I'm always greeted with friendly faces and smiles. No complaints with the staff at all! The new kiosk system will take some getting used to though.

I tell you what this tax office has shown great improvement with the lady’s that run it now I highly recommend anyone in the Ellis county area to use this office
