This store specifically has amazing customer service. Carlos was extremely helpful in making sure I was taken care of got my car somewhat back up specs still have some stuff to do. All in all they were amazing and as always have what I'm looking for.

I LOVE TERRY AND CARLOS SO MUCH, They are family now!!! I was driving from San Antonio TX to Kansas City, MO, when my 2012 Chevy Sonic began rattling, losing power, and blowing lots of thick white smoke. Long story short I ended up stranded there in a town I had never even known existed on 09/21/22. Terry took it upon herself to lend a helping hand automatically. Its like God knew exactly who I needed. Terry looked after me as if she had been my own mom! When she noticed that they did not have what i needed in stock, she did not stop there! She took me to a store that did have it once she clocked out of work that evening. But she STILL didn't stop there! She made sure I had water and that i could use the restroom from time to time. Carlos offered up the food that his wife made for him and even helped out when i panicked after installing a "knock sensor" and the vehicle seeming worse. He saved my day on 09/22/22! I just thank God soooo much for them and I hope that they get the recognition that they deserve. God loves you and so do I !!!
My daughters car started shaking and she had to pull over. She was on her way to San Marcos and I live in the DFW area so I was in a bind. I decided to call O’Reilly’s to see if they knew of a good mechanic nearby. I spoke with Thomas Truitt who stated he would be happy to scan the vehicle to see what the problem may be. He scanned the vehicle and found the problem and fixed the vehicle! What an employee! I cannot stress how above and beyond this gentleman went! THANK YOU!!!!
