NO SHOWERS OR RESTROOM AFTER FROM 6PM TO 8AM. WHY??? This cashier claims because the water was off. THAT WAS A LIE. I personally went upstairs to the shower and checked. To my disbelief, the water was on a running perfectly. DRIVERS SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND PARK AT LOVES ACROSS THE HIGHWAY.
Night cashier Megan, FIVE STARS. Very professional and said the reason the showers are closed at night is because it disturbs the hotel guest. Poor reasoning for not having the showers available.
Last in the video, read other comments and all the rude customer service comments are referring to her. PILOT HAS TO DO BETTER.
