Great little brunch spot. Food was very delicious and drinks were good. Can never go wrong with a mimosa. The fried zucchini was to die for. My husband's drink was tasty too.
Really good waffle with Bananas foster. The potatoes were seasoned nicely and the eggs tasted fresh. Waitress was great!
This Midlothian Hot Spot is just that! The food is SO tasty & the city knows because it was PACKED! Sylvania was the sweetest & attentive server and So was Mr Eddie. When introduced to him & that we were transitioning from Louisiana he said "WELCOME HOME" with huge & genuine smile. That is service! Of course you see in the pictures we had a little of everything. Fried zucchini not pictured but DELICIOUS. ALE's will be a Saturday Tradition for my family! ❤
I forgot to mention the little handsome guy bussing tables. Sooo sweet.
We opted for Ale's Kitchen in Midlothian for dinner on Friday night. We walked in and we greeted immediately by a friendly young lady who sat us very quickly. Our server came and took our drink order and an appetizer. We ordered our dinner and it came out quickly.
While Brittany and I were talking about our dinner, I said I would like some steak sauce. The young lady who greeted us and sat us was cleaning the table next to us. She finished what she was doing and brought a bottle of A1 to our table. I didn't ask her but she was paying attention.
I say all this to say this is a squared away young lady that deserves to be recognized. So often when you go any place to eat the younger employees aren't always attentive to things like this young lady was. It made my night for her to take the intiative to get the steak sauce without being asked to do so.
Eddie who is one of the owners came to check on our experience which also was a pleasant change in the current restaurant setting. I would like to introduce you to Jorja Austin (she is the taller one in the photo). This young lady is a key to success and a true asset to Ale's.
Since this place has opened, the parking lot has been filled with cars. We decided to brave the crowds today and try it. ALE's was mostly full of people but we were seated quickly. The waitress was very friendly, attentive and helpful.
Our food came out quickly and it was all very good, especially the biscuits. They have a full bar, which some customers were taking advantage of. (It was 8am on a Sunday but I'm not judging)
I would highly recommend ALE's (pronounced like it sounds) to all my friends and family.
