Very upfront and straightforward about the price, no nickel and diming. Although they don't have a large selection of vehicles, they offer well taken care of quality vehicles.
They were very personable and baby friendly, kind of like buying a car from family. The process was easy, enjoyable, and fast.
This should be the model for small dealerships!
