Ridgeway Apartments

I have lived and worked on this property and its fantastic. Cindy and Candace are the friendliest office staff. Any maintenance issue is always taken care of quickly. Highly reccommend.

Been living here for 6 years now. The team is great maintenance is incredible & they really do care about there tenants. The only complaint is that the rent is increasing way to im high. Even the small bedrooms are starting off at $900 that's not worth a small apartment space. Other than that it's a great quite location.

I have lived here for 2 years
The apartment it's really pretty. Never have had bugs issues, they fumigate quite often to ensure we never have that problem. The staff is really nice, if we have a problem that needs to be fix, they take care of it ASAP, though I have to understand I'm not the only one who might have an issues so of course it might take a few days. But if it's an emergency they come right away, once the key broke while we were trying to lock the door. It took maybe 15 min or less for someone to arrived and fixed the problem.
