Excellent prices. They have more than just flowers. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I had an immediate need for a small flower arrangement for my father's resting place. I explained what I needed. Within 10 minutes, I had the perfect arrangement. I have already placed an order for Father's Day. They have a life-long customer. Great service

One word to describe Flowers By Roberta "WOW" This was my first time using this place and to be honest I was very nervous because I had a terrible experience with a another flower shop. I'm very pleased with the service I order my girlfriend some flowers the night before for her birthday, and they were delivered next day early in the morning... Very happy about that. I ordered my girlfriend a birthday bouquet not knowing how they were going to look like, they did not disappoint... my girlfriend calls me an tells me their beautiful and she loved them. Only one thing I wish they had is to get a text notification that the flowers were delivered. Other than that, very pleased with their service... And will definitely be using Flowers by Roberta now an the foreseeable future.
P.S the hand writing note was a pleasant surprise made it feel more personal
