Lakeside Villas

This 5-Star rating is completely based on the current staff at Lakeside. I have been a resident here for almost a year, and I have seen countless staff and management changes. However, the additions of Linda and Mary has been like a breath of fresh air! They are two of the most helpful and amazing property managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with! If you decide to live here at Lakeside Villas, these two lovely ladies are the best you could ask for!

In the two months we've been here we've seen how poorly an apartment complex could be mismanaged and how rude/condescending a property manager could be. We saw first hand how poorly trained/organized the staff was. However, in just a few short weeks, with the great help of an overhauled team in the office, this place has made a much quicker turnaround than I thought possible. I'm throughly impressed with the new staff's attentiveness and willingness to work through the disaster that I'm sure they inherited. Also happy the kept the maintenance supervisor because he hit the ground running.
