Great, only place the had my tire size in town. Inly not giving 5 stairs because the time it took them after the car was already in the bay. And I had a missing lug nut on one of the wheels.
My son had really bad tires and we found out they are an odd number to have. They had a new set in stock and put them on without hesitation. I would suggest if I lived in Texas
Always fast and friendly. I used Discount Tire for years but now I really enjoy doing business with a "small town" tire shop. Their balance equipment is just as good and the large chain shops!
Best tire shop I've been to they took us in at closing time which they didn't have to. They were so fast, and by far the cheapest. On top of it no one ever has our imported tires but they did. This is the hidden gems of tire shops. Thanks guys you rock!
The true test of any business is not when they are successful, but when they mess up… What they do in the wake of a mistake tells you what any business, or person for that matter, are really about.
I have been doing business with Sardis tire for some time now after getting tired of the 1-3 hour wait times and subpar service of some of the large tire companies. I recently bought tires for my car and my wife’s car. I go regularly to get my tires rotated for free.
Last week I went to work on the brakes of my car and noticed that the bolts were cross-threaded on the lugs of my front left wheel. While I was frustrated, I called Sardis tire to calmly let them know that their guys had damaged to my car and wanted to know what they were willing to do.
The manager politely apologized and told me to get the car repaired by my mechanic and he would reimburse me. Since I had pulled off two of the bolts already, I had to have the car towed since I could not get them back on due to the damage. Sardis tire reimbursed me for the mechanic’s work, parts and even the tow. I was shocked! It’s not often that businesses treat customers and clients this way.
This event showed me with this company values: their customers. Not only will they continue to be my tire service provider for the foreseeable future, I want everyone else to know they should be yours as well.
They have some of the most competitive prices for quality brand tires and I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes even when they were putting on brand new tires. Thank you Sardis tire!
