Aside from some minor hiccups, and confusion on procedures and what to expect from certain gear put into place (like extreme discomfort and pain after a very strong power chain was put into my daughter's mouth, and she was told nothing about what to expect. She was in agony for 4 days), otherwise...they're really good. They're consistent, courteous, professional, always friendly, and helpful with all questions.

They treat you like family here! They always make sure they accommodate, and make you comfortable while in their care. They have two locations, but I’ve grown accustomed to going to the Midlothian location. I’m always in and out, and don’t ever feel rushed (a plus)! Dr. Stephens and team are A1 ✨

I met with Dr. Stephens, and multiple members of his staff for an initial exam. They got me in quickly, and the exam process was well coordinated and very professional. Then Dr. Stephens consulted with the findings, and had a reasonable and well explained approach for corrective action. The entire staff and Dr. Stephens were very friendly and customer oriented. 5 stars and a shout out to Angie for working with us.
