I didn't call until about 4-4:30 p.m. on afternoon and they said they could help me. I jumped in the car and drove from Duncanville to Midlothian and before 6:00 p.m. I was driving off in the 20 foot U-Haul truck to solve my issue. They could not have been more helpful, courteous and professional. Sharon and Forre Bitner were a pleasure to do business with.

Easy to get in and easy to get out.

The owners are so sweet and helpful. We have a storage unit and have also rented a truck from this location and have had nothing but positive experiences. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The couple that runs the place are excellent! The lady is so nice and helpful and the husband is just a great guy. One day I didn’t put my lock on my storage unit and within 30 minutes he had called me to tell me. The property is very well maintained. The price can not be beat. I give them 6 stars! This place rocks!

Sharon is a wonderful person. I felt like I've known her the moment we spoke over the phone. Very helpful and took excellent care of me. Extremely clean facility. So grateful to find great people who care about other's needs. Her and her husband are the BEST!!! Thank you!
