  The instructors here are great! They give you clear instructions on the exercises and encourage you by walking around and pushing you and making sure you don't give up! Keep up the great work!

  Absolutely perfect place to throw a party! Very spacious with AC ,plenty of restrooms very clean has its own kitchen for food for guests. Plenty of parking space. Definitely recommend!!

  It's not a gym! It's an event center where you can have receptions, birthdays, graduations and family reunions. They have a stage for bands and a kitchen. They have seating for about 200 people indoor and 40 outdoor. Great party place.
