1 bad apple ruins the bunch. the short cute guy with all the tats, yea he a ten but that attitude ain't fine. EVERYBODY else that works the food line, the register, and all the workers cooking and prepping, I NEVER saw a sour face until Shorty. I hope you had a legit reason for being such a sourpuss that day and not wanting to be at work is NOT one of them. other than that the food, drinks, customer service is on point and definitely deserves a 5 star rating, that 1 bad apple though....
Good location, fast service. Try their bowls for gluten free alternatives.
This was way cheaper than paying for movers. Then to help load and unload the trailer we used smart movers. Two guys showed up loaded and then when we got to our new house two guys showed up to unload it.
I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the way this move was handled--from the time I reserved the trailer till it reached our destination. They were responsive, courteous, economical, and on time. I highly recommend their service. They even arranged movers to load and unload our boxes. Everything went beautifully. Not one fragile item was damaged in transit.
I just wanted to say this is an amazing service. If you’re thinking about using upack, do it! Every step of the process went smoothly and as promised. All of my items arrived in perfect condition. Every driver I spoke with was very friendly and professional. And best of all using the trailer is about half the cost of a uhaul and we didn’t have to pay for gas or worry about driving!
U-Pack was great for a move from West Tennessee to North Carolina. Always a real person who answers the phone. Excellent custom service that makes the whole process feel very simple - get a cube, fill it up, call them to pick it up, 2 days later it was at my destination. A couple scratches on my furniture, but that probably could have been avoided by not packing wood pieces directly on top of other wood pieces without any buffer. Definitely would recommend.
Good experience overall. Front end (loading) went very smoothly. I didn't realize that on the back end (unloading at the new place) I needed to allow an extra business day from when I called before they would show up. It ended up working fine, but a lot of phone calls, tracking and maneuvering on our part. Then this 28 ft trailer sat empty at the apartment complex for 2 more days before they picked it up. Fortunately no one at the complex complained. Certainly less expensive than a moving company and we preferred loading everything ourselves...just like you would for a U-Haul, but didn't have to do the driving across country.
