I've taken my truck and wife's vans here exclusively since 2015. Good men working hard at this shop. They always treat me with respect, and do fantastic work. I trust them completely with 3 vehicles, and can't say enough about their character. Highly recommended.

Ali is the Best! Always friendly and knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain things to me. And got my state inspection done in 10minutes ona Saturday 😱

I just wanted to take a moment to brag on Hawk Auto Care in Red Oak. I ended up with a flat tire on my way to work this morning only to realize I had no spare tire in my car. Being a woman, by myself, and not super knowledgeable about cars, I felt very stranded. I called Hawk and explained the situation. The owner, Ali, immediately offered to drive to me with his tools and take care of it. He took my tire off, drove me back to Hawk, changed the new tire onto my rim, drove me back to my car, and put it on for me. Within an hour, I had a brand new tire on my car and was on my way to work again. He alleviated any stress I was feeling and went above and beyond to help me out. I’m so thankful!! I will definitely do business with Ali and his other mechanics in the future. Wonderful human being! -Alicia

It's honestly perfect! They will tell you "Excatly" what's going on with your vehicle along with other problems If the vehicle has any. All while giving a very reasonable price for "Both" the labor/work. If they have the part they will get started on the replacement right away an not stop until the task Is finished. They will also order/pay for the replacement parts "Themselves" If they don’t have It within their shop, an to make It better other then being extremely "Trustworthy" they will also give you a "Discount" If you pay them In cash. Also they have a Turkish accent along with a good sense of humor.
