This was a great place to stay. The room was nice and had a full kitchen and the view was post card beautiful. The staff was the best. I would love to stay there again.

Friendliest hotel staff ive ever encountered. Very helpful with everything. Got back late last night after vallet had shut down and the personally assisted me with parking and transportation. Kids loved the suite and easy ocean access.. May be my new main stay

Hotel is excellent - staff is friendly, rooms are tops (we stayed in an oceanfront suite). Centrally situated on VA Beach, parking is complimentary VALET (they park the vehicles approximately three blocks away) and the valet wait times are a little longer than other hotels. Staff follows COVID19 protocols and the hotel has hand sanitizers throughout the first floor. It rightly deserves a 5 star rating if not for the following:
(1) Air Conditioning exhaust vents are poorly placed on the suite's balcony and you're subjected to a blast of hot, humid air when trying to enjoy the seating on the balcony.
(2) The sounds of dogs barking is constant throughout the hotel - many guests bring their dogs and it's quite annoying.

Really beautiful rooms. Easy access to the beach. The staff were generally really nice too, we had one employee who got a little rude with us about our dog even though we paid extra to have her there.

What started out as a weekend getaway almost turned into a week! We had such a good time we ended up staying an extra day Then during the extra day we decided we wanted one more day. Great rooms, great staff, very accommodating and most importantly pet friendly! Our dogs felt right at home as well. The weather wasn't the best for the beach but the water is so therapeutic, we didn't mid at all. I want to reiterate the entire staff was EXCELLENT!!!
