In this day and time with the advancement of technology most high end hearing aids are equal in options and quality, however, what separates them from each other is customer service. I am writing to commend Dana Waldrip, of your Waxahachie Texas office, for her outstanding performance assisting me with an issue concerning my Beltone hearing aids. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond my expectations. Dana was able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude throughout our interaction. She was patient, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Dana’s hard work and dedication. She is truly an asset to Beltone, your team, and if another issue presents itself in the future I look forward to working with Dana again.

I have a new iPhone and I have hearing aids. Jamie at Beltone provided time and knowledge to get my new phone and aids paired. I am most appreciative, she was so nice and thorough!

Was in a near panic attack trying to figure out how to get a new hearing aid after both my current and back up went out. She made it look flawless, and helped me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I appreciate it so much....mote than words could express at this moment.

So far the experience has been good. Received some info that may help me on the next purchase. Am going to call Beltone Customer service to see if they can help.

The service was excellent! I waited about 15 minutes for my appointment . I was in, had a hearing test done ,and Evaluation in very short period. It's the best office experience that I've ever had. Doctor Dana was amazing ! Very informative and answered all my questions as well as some that I didn't know to ask!
