Ellis County Family Dentistry

We have been living in Waxahachie for almost 7 years, and I have continued to go see my dentist in Corsicana. It took a broken tooth/filling and said dentist office not answering for me to call Ellis County Family Dentistry. All I have to say is why in the world did I wait so long? Dr. Cottongame is fabulous and even called after hours to check on how I was doing. I have never been given a deadening shot that didn't hurt like the dickens, but this one did not! The hygienist was wonderful. The front office receptionist even pulled up my district's school calendar to see if we had a day off near the time of my next appointment. They have gained a customer for as long as we live in this area!

Well I have been going to this office for some time now and the staff and doctors are wonderful treat you with great care and make sure you are getting all the care for a healthy you. Dr Atkins is a absolutely wonderful doctor and he let's you know he cares about you being okay in every way. The front off and back takes amazing care of youbasli....100 percent will always recommend.

My girlfriend was having some work done here and we had to go to a different location to have an MRI done and this family dentistry was supposed to cover the cost but the other location charged us without us knowing the protocol. So the Ellis County Family Denistry immediately went into over drive and half the office was taking care of it for us and refunded us the money. They truely care about their patients every step of the way.

The best dental provider in Waxahachie. I have never encountered any clinic that the provider himself will make a follow up after your procedure is done except for Ellis County Family Dentistry. Dr Atkins never fails to call you few hours after your procedure is done. Simply the best customer service and best patient care.

Today was my first time visiting Ellis County Family Dentistry and I had the best experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. I called in the afternoon with a horrible toothache and they were able to get me in at 8:00 the next morning. Dr. Cottongame and his staff made me so comfortable and were very attentive. I highly recomend this practice to everyone!
