Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The location in Waxahachie was really great. They’re moving to a new location soon, which will hopefully be an upgrade. The staff was very nice (I did have to wait a little while due to them being short-staffed, but I was acknowledged several times and assured that I would be taken care of). No issues and they actually have a pretty good selection of cars, especially considering the location.

An Enterprise employee picked me up and drove me to the office. The staff was friendly and prepared for me when I arrived. The wait was about 30 minutes, but they provided a very nice vehicle and thoroughly cleaned it first.

My experience with Enterprise went above and beyond my expectations.

Greg was exceedingly polite and accommodating. He made the experience quick, simple, and left me with no questions or concerns.

From now on, I will definitely choose Enterprise, because I know I'll have outstanding service and a pleasant experience.

Amazing service from beginning to end. I'm so grateful. Originally the rental car I was going to get smelled really bad, but they got me a good smelling car immediately without any issues. They really go above and beyond to make the customers happy.
