James was awesome and the Highland athletico location worked out perfectly for me. I felt like James was sincerely focused on my self-identified goals from the initial evaluation. He was extremely flexible with scheduling so I could weave my appointments into my fairly hectic schedule. He provided me with clear instructions for home exercises between appointments. The Highland location was easy to find, plenty of parking and a smaller more personal space. I highly recommend James at the Highland location.

My experience here has been absolutely exceptional! Amy at the front desk is kind, caring, compassionate and has a bubbling personality! James is an amazing PT. He
took the extra time to explain my condition to give me a better understanding and relieve some of my fears. He personalizes my therapy to better suit my needs. Vernon also is awesome. These people really care! I feel like I am visiting family! I highly recommend them. I cannot give a higher rating for this facility and their staff. They have been nothing but open arms and helpful. Above and beyond service from each team member. I went twice a week for 6 weeks and each visit was super. Most importantly they helped me get to the point where I am not waking up with back pain every day and can finally sleep in my actual bed again! They worked with me at each session and made sure I was comfortable with the movements/pain/plans. I worked with Vernon for most of my sessions and ended with James. Both, truly caring and compassionate about their positions there at Athletico. James set up and sent a home plan for me that I can continue to follow so I don’t go back to the same issues I was having before. I am very grateful.
Amy is the best receptionist I have EVER encountered and sincerely looked forward to talking with her when I came in. She will for sure become a friend to you as soon as you begin your sessions there! Always upbeat personality and genuine conversations.

I started going to Athletico at the Highland office after surgery on my thumb. Amy, at the front desk is so friendly and efficient. I worked mostly with Vernon and Nikki. Nikki has so much energy and really makes u feel at ease. She makes sure the office has everything it needs for therapy. I worked with Vernon mostly on my therapy. He is very professional and makes u laugh even thru the pain. Nikki and Vernon both answered all my questions and made sure I was equipped with the knowledge and tools I needed for my future at home therapy. I would recommend Athletico and their team to anyone needing physical therapy. Thank you Amy, Vernon, and Nikki!!

From the first phone call I was treated with respect and kindness. Upon arrival Amy greeted me with her smile and sweet disposition. She explained about my insurance, went over my visits, and was very informative. The atmosphere was very inviting. I met Nikki on my first visit, due to Luke not being there. My second visit, I had Luke. What an amazing therapist Luke has been. Always very respectful, caring, and always wanted to make sure I was not hurting myself, but also doing a little more each visit. When I first started therapy my walking was very shaky. Amy and Luke made sure they came to my vehicle and assisted me into the facility and back to my car. I appreciated this so much, along with their expertise and all the kindness they have shown to me. I highly recommend Athletico in Highland. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
