Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Visited while traveling. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Nice layout. Not as fancy as some near Houston with extra activities. I did appreciate that observation course had all the parts and padding through out facility was properly fitted and looked new. We have memberships so entrance fee paid monthly. We have used membership at multiple locations which makes price reasonable.

Lucy, one of the managers, was extremely helpful the last couple of times we went. She was extremely nice and understanding and took the time to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this jump Park to anyone. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, especially Lucy. It's a great place for the whole family. Even parents can jump at half the cost! They also have zip lines, a rock climbing wall and an obstacle course.

The front desk so nice and helpful! We've been there one other time and aren't familiar with the check in process and he was able to guide us through it. The staff was quick and helpful. It was so much fun to explore the park with our two toddlers. I would say we had just as much fun as they did!
