The process was so smooth in making arrangements. Very professional. The aftercare process was especially appreciated to help me navigate all the other issues related to a death.

Very caring and understanding of what we wanted. Came to pick up the body in an hour as promised. No pressure to spend more money for "the best" for your loved ones. They are the only funeral home I've ever done business with that didn't try to up sell. We went with a direct cremation, and are very pleased with their services. I would highly recommend this funeral home.

From the beginning, the team at Boze Mitchell McKibben, in particular Savannah and Ronny, were so unbelievably kind, sympathetic, and helpful during in the time after my father passed. They lifted a huge burden off my shoulders as me and my family grieved and attempted to get arrangements together.

They did a good job taking care of my father and making him look just like how we remembered him.
They made the process from the service to the burial smooth for all of us. They also made a tremendous effort to provide a livestream so that all of our relatives that live overseas could be present with us for the ceremony; which meant so much to us since some of my siblings were not allowed to travel for my father’s funeral. Boze Mitchell McKibben gave us back some of the peace we lost with my father’s passing and allowed us to have a beautiful ceremony celebrating his memory – I can never thank you all enough.

My 90yr old mother had pre-paid cremation services through a mortuary in California. Once she moved to Texas to live with me I called two other places to see who would take her coverage, both places were rude. Then I contacted Boze Mitchell McKibbin they were so wonderful. I sent over her paperwork to Vicky and within 20 minutes I received a return call and was told "they would be happy to take care of my mother" Within two weeks my mother passed away, I called Boze Mitchell McKibbin, even though it was 5pm, they sent a wonderful gentleman over, I don't remember his name but he had a great beard. He was so nice and considerate of our feelings and took such great care of my mother. The next day we received a call from Savannah. We went in to meet with her, again her professionalism was wonderful and was only surpassed by her caring attitude. She made us feel so welcome and non-rushed.
Following everything we received a call from Morgan where we went over all the things that we should do, many things I didn't even know. So helpful!! Everything with Boze Mitchell McKibbin has been far above my expectations. I will recommend them without hesitation!
