“Had a issue of having to reschedule a cake and when I went to pick up,they thought I had the wrong store. They couldn’t find the ticket for it and looked all over. they called the Bakery Manager,Heath who was EXCELLENT. He made sure I was taken care of immediately and making it possible to walk out with a cake as soon as possible. Him and his team were on it and absolutely took care of us today,they made my daughter a very happy girl with her beautifully decorated princess cake. ❤️ Thank you to those to helped make today easier on this very stressed Momma!
