Great place to do business. You get the great products from a trusted insurance company paired with the small town, family environment within the office. They are always super friendly and quick with any and all business you have to do. Being a mom with young kids, I can't always spend a lot of time on the phone with a representative trying to make changes or ask questions. It's so much nicer than trying to call an 800 number and being on the phone forever. When your call Jake Shockley State Farm, you get a local, friendly person who answer your calls immediately, get done what you need quickly and gets you back on your way. Can't recommend them enough.

I’m so happy to have moved over to State Farm, saving money and getting tons of help in the process of swapping companies. Ross made it all so easy, walked me through everything and what coverages would best suit me. Still answers all my questions cause I have no clue what I’m doing apparently lol!
