I just have to give a huge shoutout and massive thank you to Johnny Quarles. He listed my parents home and lot less than 2 months ago and we closed on them today. He is a master at using social media to promote his properties and makes sure all of the bases are covered for a smooth and easy closing. The lot and the house were sold to 2 different buyers and we had a contract on them the same weekend. I’m sad my folks are gone but am so happy we have a brand new young family moving into Valley Lodge.
