Then I was offered free notary service for something that was not banking related just because I have an account with Wells Fargo. It has been years since I’ve experience such great customer service at a bank!

They are always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as best as can be expected. My favorite aspect is the seamless online accounting tools that they offer.
