  Just an all-around great place. One of the highlights is the unique and interesting decor (fascinating experience for kids who love animals!) and another is the excellent live music. Not too fancy but also not too screened-in porch/BBQ shack-ish. Great Katy classic.

  Had the meal deal, AWESOME! We enjoyed brisket the best,everything else was awesome as well.The amount of food,is more than enough for at least 6 people.price average about $10 per including sodas/tea. would definitely go back!

  Was very disappointed at first. Long story short, tell them you want the moist cuts when you order.
  
  I ordered the 2 meat plate (pork and brisket). They were a little dry. The BBQ beans were a can of pork n beans with a little BBQ sauce mixed in. The fries were hot and fresh though. As the manager was picking up my plate she recognized that I was less than impressed. I shared my disappointment in the brisket. She offered a sample of the moist, which was delicious. As I said, order the moist cut.

  I absolutely LOVE Midway BBQ! Good selection of great food. My family usually orders the meal deal which I believe serves 4 people yet we make it work for 8, there's plenty. Rustic atmosphere and outstanding staff! You can even catch live music on occasion. Best BBQ in Katy!!

  The food is absolutely amazing!!!! This is our first time here but definitely not our last. We came here because of all the good reviews and these people know their bbq. The staff are very welcoming too. Another patron talked to us in line and had this place cater his wedding. I see why. We had a bit of everything on the menu. You won’t regret anything you order here. Yummy!!!
