The excellent service started upon entering. Greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Very short wait time. State of the art equipment. The team worked quickly and efficiently but with the goal of patient care and customer service.
Dr. Xie made sure she covered all bases and I left satisfied. Will be back in 6 months.
This dental office is the BEST I’ve ever been to and Dr. Jiafang Xie is the primary reason! I’ve had nothing but gut wrenching horrible experiences with dentists in the past but I gotta tell you, Dr. Xie actually has me looking forward to my 6-month checkups, and here’s why...Dr. Xie and her well trained staff put your comfort at the forefront of your dental exam, frequently stopping mid-procedure just to make sure you’re comfortable, and accommodating you if you’re not. Dr. Xie and the staff are so friendly and easy to converse with, which also helps ease any tension you might have about a visit to the dentist. The office, waiting area and procedural areas have always been extremely clean, even before Covid 19 came into our lives, and with their added safety measures I felt 100% comfortable and at ease going in for my 6-month check up/cleaning! I can’t sing the praises about South Mason Dental enough, they’re top notch professionals who have turned this cowardly lion into a tiger when it comes to the health of my teeth and gums!
Professional team, definitely recommend! Dr. Xie is kind, detail-oriented and actually cares about the conditions of patients. Office is clean and well-organized. Great price for the level of services! No additional BS services only to allow the dentist charges extra.
