Ashley House

This place is amazing. From the very first day I walked in and inquired about a place to stay everyone was so welcoming and easy to work with. Ms Mary helped me out and was outstanding and phenomenal. The complex is very clean and quiet. I moved my things in late night after signing my paperwork and receiving my keys and it was calm and peaceful. I also received outstanding help from Daisi who was the kindest and most patient human being with a beautiful smile. Her and Mary made me feel comfortable about my decision. I didn’t feel like just a person who was giving away money to have a place to stay. I felt as if I was apart of a family. Thanks to you all at Ashley house.

We were referred to check out ASHLEY HOUSE apartments when my apartment experience that is located on highland knolls and Mason gad our mail, vehicles and strays all over the place. People would leave trash all over and loud music with beer cans all over the lot. It was scary as we were constantly cat called that aweful location. In one point the maintenance would walk in my apt when I was in the shower without calling them and they would walk through catching them multiple times. We went to the manager and she didn't do anything that's when we came to Ashley coming from a terrified bad experience.
We moved to Ashley House anout 4 years ago and everything changed. My life changed and I LOVE living here and enjoy my safety and really see all the staff like family that's how they make you feel. Erwin and Mary go above and beyond always gathering the community together with gatherings and pool parties. This complex has two police officers on property. The maintenance crew is amazing they really all treat you as family here and very respectful. One of favorite things of living here is the friendly community, no loud music, no after hour parties, good quality people most important SAFETY!!

No matter the time it's true a peaceful community.

When ever you put a maintenance order they come the same day and they are very loud informing everyone "maintenance" they walk in very respectful. The office team are great and fun people. If your looking for a amazing communty CHECK OUT ASHLEY HOUSE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I have lived here 5 months now and I love Ashley's House! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Maintenance makes sure they take care of all needs, whether big or small. Pretty great community!!

The management has always been very good to deal with and I feel more like a friend then just a renter. Always kind and helpful. I have no complaints with Ashley house and have been happy here.

I live there for 7 years and never had an issue. It was hard to move out after I bought my house though. Peaceful and quiet place. The staff is very nice. I don’t know the property manager name , but he is very kind and always trying to make his residents happy by giving food on the way out, or inviting them for events. Only dealt with Mary, his assistant, and always took care of me. She always showed care and support. Don’t let bad reviews fool you. Try it out and you won’t regret it. The apartments are clean and the maintenance team is always working trying to keep the place clean. At least if call for maintenance emergency, someone will be there for you even if it is at the middle of night.
