Vietnam Bistro

This place earned five stars from the first spoonful of broth. Staff was eager to check on how I enjoyed the food, all of which was the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten. Both the báhn mí and phó were unbelievably delicious. As a Vegetarian, finding flavorful food can be a challenge, but Vietnam Bistro absolutely delivers in spades.

I’ve been trying to expand my palette to different cuisine & was referred to this restaurant by family. I wanted to support a local business thats from my city as well! This is my 1st time at this Location ordering the Tofu Vegetable Pad Thai, needlessly to say the FLAVOR was great! Didn’t disappoint, very authentic.

Clean, good food, good service, A+ in my book. Good water refills.

It’s been here a little over a year I think. Bathrooms are pretty clean (1 mens and 1 womens stall).

Area outside of restaurant is kind of quiet (not too lively) and near the Highway but I don’t really mind since most people do takeout here as the restaurant is pretty casual.

Had really high expectations because of the reviews and they really nailed it. Customer service is so good & the servers are super nice. I had the beef fresh rolls. And the “ Ca Ri Ga” it was a soup with chicken and veggies. The broth sooooooo good. Creamy, tangy and sweet. It hit the spot. Definitely want to come back and try the rest of the menu. The Vietnamese coffee was not too strong or too sweet. It was perfect!!

I love this place so much. Everytime I work from home I pop over and treat myself and it just gets better and better.
Last visit I had the typical rice plate with grilled pork. It was probably one of the best I’ve had.
This time I was going to try the pad Thai but I think I ordered wrong and ended up getting seafood curry. I was kinda bummed but I don’t like to make a fuss so I figured I’d eat it anyways. OMG WHAT A BLESSING IN DISGUISE! Sometimes the universe just gives you what you didn’t know you need! ❤️ I can’t wait to come back and try something else new.
