Chris Bayack is a great representation of what customer service looks like - top notch!! Clear indication of my Mattress Firm earned my business - Chris is very patient, knowledgeable, and looks out for your best interests. We've been sleeping great since, much appreciated, keep up the good work Chris.

(November 23, 2018, 7:50 pm)Had a great experience today at the Mattress firm in Fulshear. The store manager, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and helped my girlfriend and I find the perfect mattress that fit both of our needs. No sales pitch, no games, just great service. He worked incredibly hard to get us the best deal possible and went above and beyond to accommodate shipping to a different city. I Would 100% reccomend anyone looking to invest in a better sleep to give either Chris or Brandon a call

Chris, the manager was very knowledgeable and helped us find the best possible price and product for our daughter. He personally delivered the mattress on his mini van after hours! Above and beyond service, even though we weren’t buying the top of the line product. Wonderful experience and got a wonderful product at a great price!
