“I haven't worked out in forever, but was ready to make a change and up for the challenge. Danielle had a 6 week challenge that I joined and it taught me so much about not only fitness, but also nutrition which is a huge component to our health. I was apprehensive because I've heard there's a lot of injuries with Cross Fit, however this gym is the best about teaching you proper form and not pushing weight on you and you can go at your own pace. I can see how people could get injuries with Cross Fit, but not at this gym!!! After the 6 week challenge I lost 12 lbs and 12 inches and gained SO much more strength and energy! I literally feel the best that I have in years after just 6 weeks of working out and healthy eating. Danielle and Luke push you and motivate you and I'm always excited for the next class! I can definitely say that starting Cross Fit has been one if THE BEST decisions I've made. After the 6 week challenge ended yesterday I joined with a regular membership and am very excited! If you're looking for a new gym that's not your average gym like Life Time Fitness, Anytime Fitness, etc. and where you'll be motivated get results THIS is the place.”

“I went to the store for the purpose of changing my car battery which was too low to ignite. However the associate did a check on the battery and alternator and found both were in good status. So he suggested to do a charging on the battery in the store, free of charge on me, so to save me to having to pay for a new battery. In the ensuing 60 minutes or so while the battery was charged, I interacted with 3 associates and found all of them professional and willing to help. Instead of concerning to be ripped off, I'm confident this AutoZone store is doing the right thing and am more than happy to recommend to other potential customers.”

“The remodel is nice. It feels more open and fresh. I do suggest some pink chairs and pink window shades instead of the gray ones to add a bit more color and cheer. The kids and I tried the red velvet cupcake, but we all thought the frosting was too sweet. We also tried the chocolate mousse cake. It was delicious. We three loved it! It is our favorite so far. We had the brownie and a peanut butter and chocolate cupcake another time, and both were good. It is a nice place for a sweet treat. The staff were polite and helpful on both occasions.”

Lots of quality products from seeds, suet, feeders, and book on feeding birds. Feeders for different size birds including hummers. Variety of seeds including those that will not germinate.”
