“I was totally impressed with this office! I had a really bad experience with a different optometry office and my insurance was ending in just a few days. Long story short, as a result of damage to my existing lenses, I had to replace them. I went into Grand Vision at 5:30 one afternoon and was quoted for new lenses. The optician, Andrea, was phenomenal! I needed to think about what type of progressive lenses I wanted so I asked if I could call back and order over the phone...no problem. I went out of town the next day, (the last day of my insurance coverage) and didn't realize that they close at 5:00 on Fridays. It was 4:45 when I called and they went out of their way to make sure my payment posted so that the claim would be considered for that month. I never saw the doctor, but if you base satisfaction on customer service, hands down...they win the prize! I plan on continuing my care in this office. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel at home!”

“First time patient with Dr. Sui & staff, everyone made us feel very comfortable. My wife & I both needed extensive work done on our teeth, Amber, Assistant, performed x-rays on each of us and then the doctor review them, sit down and talk to each of us on a plan of Corrections for our teeth. Dr Sui also gave us approximate time frame, we could get the proposed work done.Chelsie worked out a proposed cost plan for us, on the our Insurance & amount we would pay out if pocket. Overall we were very pleased with the Doctor. & complete staff & the way we were treated during our Initial visit at the office. “Before making Autumn Leaves my father's forever home, I toured every facility west of Beltway 8, South of I-10, North of 59. This one is the only place I knew, without a doubt, was the right place for my father. In my search I was looking for a caregivers that would treat my father with compassion and dignity, I found it with Autumn Leaves Cinco Ranch. The Directer and front office staff (Amanda, Vanessa, Patty) make an effort to get to know, not only the residents, but the family members as well. I find this so important because so many of us are going through this experience for the first time. I find myself with questions and concerns about my dad (his behavior changes, not the facility) and because of their experience with Memory Care, they are able to gently and compassionately explain to me that it is ok and, unfortunately, part of the phases of Alzheimer’s. The Director, Amanda, knows first hand everything I am thinking and feeling as she has gone through this with her own mother. She is kind in her approach with family members and residence, however, she is no nonsense, and holds her staff to the highest standards when it comes to residence care. Becky, the nurse, is wonderful as well. She is hands on with each and every resident and her communication with the family is exceptional. Even with growth, they are able to employ caregivers that treat the residence with dignity and compassion. Any concerns I have had with my father's care has been addressed quickly, much of these are because of my unknown knowledge of the phases he is going through with his progression of the Alzheimer’s Disease. Paris, the activities coordinator, is by far the best I've ever seen. She not only keeps the residents engaged but she actually loves each and every one of them. Genuinely cares about all that enter Autumn Leaves. Autumn leaves has a monthly family night. This gives all the families to visit with their loved ones and to get to know all the families with loved ones living at Autumn Leaves. Autumn Leaves is clean, food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming and like home.”
