“If you like yoga your going to like Serasana, Lots of different types of yoga to experienced and try out. Great staff, great teachers. Studio is small, Limit of 16 per class I think. This however gives you a more relaxed experience and allows the instructor to help if needed. My only negative, wish they would warm the studio up a little, sometimes it's to cold and takes to long to warm up.”

“This was our first time signing up for the Christmas basketball camp, which I found by accident. My son loved it, so I signed him up for private training, which the coach is very good at what he does. He’s a great encourager and teacher. He definitely works on form, conditioning, defense, personal responsibility and confidence. My son already show signs of improvement after four lessons. He will start two leagues this winter..so I believe compared to his performance in the fall will show definite improvement and boost his confidence. The facilities are awesome!!! We will definitely continue our support for the programs they offer there.”
