“It was a Sunday morning. Rain was looming and there was roof damage from the previous day's winds. I called no less than 15 different roofing companies! Advanced Roofing was one of two companies that answered my calls. They were the ONLY one willing to come out that day (the other company was able to come out in about 6 days?!). I was given a 1 hour window. Tim (the owner) called to let me know exactly when he'd be arriving in that time slot, and he was right on time. He accessed the problem quickly. I expressed my concern about water getting in the house with rain on the forecast for the next few days. If ever there was an opportunity to gouge somebody, I just presented it. Tim's quote was fair, it cost right about what I anticipated an honest price would be. Best of all, he was going to do the work right then and there (after gathering materials). Tim made short order of the roof problems. He identified the problem and he fixed the problem. Afterwards I had a nice chat with him. He gave the whole roof a once over and told me the rest of my roof looked OK. I appreciated that he didn't have a fake-sales pitch like many contractors do. I'm glad I found Advanced Roofing and Tim. The world is full of shady contractors, its redeeming when you find one that is honest, kind and understanding of your issue. (Fun follow up, the next day I received callbacks from all the other roofing companies. Sorry, job was done before you returned my call.)”

“I can’t tell you enough of how satisfied I was when I took my sons dirt bike to Steve. I came to his shop with the intention of dropping the dirt bike off (thinking I was leaving it along with my wallet) and to my amazement I didn’t. The dirt bike would not start and I was thinking I would have to get the carburetor flushed as it has sat for sometime. Steve started with the basics, within a minute (only if knew the basics) and had it running. It ended up being just the airflow to the carburetor (filter falling apart) that he fixed in 15 min. This guy is honest, dependable, smart, very reasonable , and personable unlike most shop owners. I just found my new go to guy. Thank you Steve!”
