“I made a reservation for a car rental for a quick trip to Dallas last weekend. I showed up at the store to pick up the vehicle and had to wait a few minutes for them to get a vehicle ready. I believe I rented a intermediate sized car but was upgraded to a SUV. Vehicle drove great, rental process was very smooth. My only problem was the vehicle was just cleaned and the cleaning job done on this was terrible.”
