I contacted Staci to help me with my diet after being diagnosed as coeliac and with low bone density. I wanted advice on a low inflammatory diet and how to balance my dietary needs with the nutritional needs of my two growing teenage sons.

I contacted Staci to help me work with acid reflux and overall body inflammation. Stopping gluten helped me with inflammation but caused acid reflux. Staci suggested I take the LEAF test which is a blood test that identifies sensitivities to various foods. I was very surprised that soy showed up in red, and the indication would be to remove all soy from my diet. You might be surprised how much soy is in foods. I worked with Staci to eliminate all soy, working on food substitutions, reading labels becoming more aware of processed foods. Staci hung in there with me through all the trial and error. the bottom line is that without soy in my diet, I no longer suffer from debilitating back pain, and my blood pressure has dropped significantly. I had not been able to take steroids for infections because they would send my blood pressure sky high. I can now take low dose steroids without any effect on my blood pressure. I was really not interested in taking pain meds for my back and really thought working on my diet would help reduce inflammation. Staci helped me navigate where to go and what to do. I am so happy ... no pain -- no pain meds. Prior to Staci's assistance I was just randomly tried various diets to see what might work. Staci took the guesswork out of my diet and helped me achieve my goal of a pain free back. I would recommend Staci highly for anyone looking for dietary answers.
