It's not a bad store. But you can tell it needs more variety in wigs. It needs to have a reason for people to go shop at it because stores like beauty empire have tons of wigs and hair accessories.

Customer service really can use some work. They dont greet you upon entrance, no eye contact, smile, nothing. While browsing they don't offer service or help looking for anything. Still not a word while ringing up purchase. Just sad...

Other than that the store is new, big, nice selection of items, great location from my home. Prices seemed comparable to other supply stores in the area. Will give a few more chances before choosing not to return. I found what I needed, and would like to leisurely browse to see what all is offered as well.
